2. Hosting, server logs and IONOS web statistics
The website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When the website is accessed, IONOS processes technical access data. This may include the requested page or file, time of access, browser and version, operating system, device type, an anonymised IP address and an anonymised referrer.
According to IONOS, these data are used to maintain the security, stability and quality of its hosting services, and log data are stored for eight weeks. IONOS may also provide directly anonymised web statistics. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and technically reliable operation of the website. fullstopp GmbH does not use any additional visitor analytics or marketing tracking.
3. Availability checks and booking enquiries
The booking system allows guests to select dates, check availability and submit a non-binding enquiry. We process in particular the guest’s name, email address, optional telephone number, arrival and departure dates, number of guests, voluntary messages and technical data required for secure transmission.
The information is used to review and answer the enquiry, prepare a booking confirmation and perform an accommodation contract. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Selecting dates and submitting the form does not create a binding booking. A booking is concluded only when fullstopp GmbH sends a personal written confirmation.
4. Communications
If you contact us by email or telephone, we process your contact details and message. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for booking or contractual enquiries and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other enquiries. The email service is hosted by IONOS.
5. Retention
Enquiries that are not accepted or pursued are generally deleted no later than six months after the communication has ended, unless legal grounds require longer retention. Confirmed booking and payment data are retained for the duration of the contract and thereafter according to statutory commercial and tax retention obligations. Data may be retained for longer where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
6. Recipients
Access is limited to persons and service providers that require the data to process an enquiry, perform a booking, provide the website technically or comply with legal obligations. This includes IONOS as hosting and email provider. The website uses WordPress and MotoPress Hotel Booking. Data are otherwise disclosed only where necessary for a contract, required by law or based on your consent.
7. Cookies
The website uses only cookies and similar storage technologies that are technically necessary for secure operation, language selection or booking and form functions. The legal basis is section 25(2)(2) TDDDG and, where personal data are processed, Article 6(1)(f) or Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. No marketing, advertising or profiling analytics cookies are used.
8. External links
Ordinary links to third-party services do not transmit data when our website is merely visited. Only when you click such a link do you leave our website, and the privacy terms of the respective provider apply. No social media feeds or social plugins are embedded.
9. No online payment and no newsletter
No online payment is processed through the website and no payment provider is integrated. We do not send a newsletter.
10. International transfers and automated decisions
The booking form data are not intended to be transferred to recipients outside the European Union or European Economic Area. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
11. Your rights
Subject to legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your rights, email sven.fund@manoircomte.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information is the authority responsible for the registered office of fullstopp GmbH.
12. Security
The website is encrypted using HTTPS. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. This notice will be updated if the website’s functions, providers or legal requirements change.
